STC SA04306 allows you to extend the current 6 month battery capacity check to 12 month intervals. To qualify to increase the battery capacity check interval to 12 months, you must have the following:
Repaired and PMA batteries can be mixed on the same aircraft.
STC SA04306CH addresses installation using RAS repaired Batteries. RAS PMA batteries are addressed in the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICAs) that come with those batteries.
