This Start Battery Contactor, Lighting Contactor (SBCLC) features new terminals, new lower enclosure, and a new terminal cover. To prevent future issues with corrosion, these all new terminals are nickel plated, then powder coated to prevent corrosion.
The new terminals are also .25" longer than the original which allow for the protective powder coated area to extend beyond the typical areas of corrosion. The new insulator is sealed to prevent water intrusion. The recommended inspection interval is 24 months.
Sold on an exchange basis. Repairable core required.
